Has been stored in a garage for 12 months or so, it is dirty and has a bit of staining on the exterior frame where you will not see. There is a couple dents in the metal exterior along with minor scratches, the damage is very minor and is acceptable for a new window but you can get replacement parts easily for this window.
I only have part of the exterior flashing kit, you can purchase this easily from any roofing supplier if you just tell them the size of the window and the type of tile you will be using.
